PLAYERS TO WATCH

WR Kadron
Boone

Last week: 4 receptions,
49 yards, 1 TD.

If the Tigers are going to be balanced enough on offense to win this game, the passing game has to come to life and Boone is the receiver with whom Zach Mettenberger has had the most success. He’s only third on the team with 15 catches, but he has caught four of Mettenberger’s seven TDs this season and caught his only TD pass last season.

LB C.J. Mosley

Last week: 7 tackles, 1 QB hurry.

Mosley leads the Tide with 65 tackles, which is almost twice as many as runner-up Vinnie Sunseri (36). Mosley has 31/2 tackles for loss, 21/2 sacks, two interceptions, one pass break-up, two quarterback hurries, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He’ll be active as the Tide try to slow LSU’s running game and also when the Tigers try quick passes.
