Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

Serves 1 or 2. Recipe is from registered dietitian Kristine Dixon, of Woman’s Center for Wellness.

8 ozs. unsweetened almond milk

4 to 6 ozs. plain Greek yogurt

½ cup blueberries

½ banana

Handful fresh baby spinach


Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency.
