Apricot Riblets

Serves 4. Recipe is by Julie Kay.

2 lbs. boneless pork ribs

2 tbls. garlic pepper

4 tbls. soy sauce

1 cup apricot jelly

1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. dried onion soup mix

1. Cut each rib into 2-inch sections. Sprinkle with garlic pepper and put into slow cooker.

2. Add soy sauce, jelly and dried onion soup mix.

3. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
