1 (8-oz.) bottle Hanley’s Sensation salad dressing
10 ozs. Louisiana crab claws (thawed if frozen)
Fresh cilantro, chopped
1. Marinate crab claws in Hanley’s Sensation salad dressing for 20 minutes. For better results, allow crab claws to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
2. Place crab claws on a bed of lettuce and lightly squeeze fresh lemon juice over the claws. Chop cilantro, sprinkle and enjoy.
