Broiled Red Fish and Veggies

Red fish fillets

Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

Lime juice

Lump crab meat


Broccoli, cut into pieces


Fresh garlic cloves

1 tbl. olive oil

1 tbl. butter

Lemon pepper

1. Season fillets with Tony’s and broil for 5 to 6 minutes. Top with lime juice and lump crab meat.

2. Sauté asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil and butter. Season with lemon pepper.
