Gourmet Galley: Shrimp and orzo

This Shrimp and Orzo Pasta dish is tasty and quick to prepare.

Onions, garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes are sautéed then combined with wine, bell peppers and shrimp.

There is not a lot of sauce but enough to lightly coat the pasta.

Orzo is rice-shaped pasta, but it’s larger than long-grain rice.

It’s a nice change from spaghetti and easier to put on a fork.
