Salsa Beef Tips

Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is by Julie Kay, who found the World Table Sweet Corn Salsa in the salsa aisle at the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Coursey Boulevard in Baton Rouge.

1 to 2 lbs. sirloin tip steaks, cut into strips

2 small onions, sliced

1 (16-oz.) jar World Table Sweet Corn Salsa

1. Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

2. Serve over cooked rice or use as filling for pita pockets.
