Serves about 40 to 50 as an appetizer. Recipe from Tim Ackermann was prepared by Marcia Balcom, who said, “I had these at a wedding reception over 20 years ago and still make them often. I have tried all kinds of other recipes, but I always go back to this because it gets rave reviews. I have also experimented with adding a little of this and that, but they are best just like this. They are so simple that I have bought the ingredients on the way to the party, dumped them together in Tupperware, and they were good to go. The dressing can be purchased at Drusilla Seafood Restaurant and is good to have on hand in the pantry.”
2 lbs. prepared crab claws
1 (12-oz.) bottle Drusilla House Dressing
Combine crab claws with dressing and let marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Serve claws artfully arranged on lettuce leaves.
