Seafood Thermidor Dip
Makes 3 cups. Recipe is from Roth Cheese.
6 ozs. cooked lobster tails and claws, coarsely chopped
1 medium shallot, minced
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 cups Alfredo sauce
3 tbls. cream sherry
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
11/2 cups Gruyè re cheese, shredded
61⁄8 ozs. crab, lump-style
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In mixing bowl combine lobster, shallot, garlic, Alfredo sauce, sherry, lemon juice and cheese; stir together until well-combined. Gently fold in crab.
3. Place mixture in shallow baking dish (approximately 8 inches by 8 inches); top with bread crumbs and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
