The Summer Escape

4 (1-inch) cubes fresh watermelon

Squeeze of agave nectar

2 parts Tequila Avión Reposado

1 part fresh lime juice

Muddle watermelon with agave nectar in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish as desired.
