Dijon mustard1 tsp. hot sauceSalt and black pepper, to taste1. In a nonreactive saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and jalapeño, then cook about 3 minutes or until vegetables are wilted, stirring often.2. Add blueberries, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, mustard and hot sauce. Bring mixture to a simmer, reduce heat to low and cook about 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.3. Carefully transfer sauce to a blender or food processor and purée until smooth. Pass through a fine strainer or sieve. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
