Apricot Glazed Chicken
Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
2 to 4 lbs. chicken pieces, with bone in
½ (18-oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 small new red potatoes
1. Place chicken pieces into slow cooker. Spoon apricot preserves over chicken.
2. Sprinkle dried onion soup mix over chicken. Add bell pepper and potatoes.
3. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
