Recipe is by Julie Kay.3 stalks celery, chopped1 large onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 (28-oz.) can diced tomatoes1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste¾ cup water2 cups chopped okra1 tbl. black pepper1 tsp. Italian seasoning1 tsp. oregano1 lb. uncooked shrimpSpaghetti pasta, cookedGrated or shredded Parmesan cheese, optional1. Place all ingredients except shrimp and spaghetti noodles into slow cooker.2. Cook for 6 hours and add in shrimp, stirring well into mixture. Turn cooker to High and cook for an additional hour or until shrimp are pink.3. Ladle over cooked spaghetti and serve. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over serving, if desired.
