The Meaty Mason Bloody Mary

Makes 1 drink. Recipe is from Mason’s Grill and won first place at the LSU AgCenter’s Garden Fest Bloody Mary Contest.

1.5 oz. bacon distilled vodka

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

4 dashes hot sauce

4 dashes celery salt

2 dashes red pepper

1 wedge lemon

1 wedge lime

1 tsp. Mason’s Secret Sauce

6 ozs. Bloody Mary mix

Garnish

1. Fill shaker to the rim with ice. Beginning with the vodka, combine all of the ingredients except garnish in the shaker and mix.

2. Pour into glass and garnish with a strip of bacon, a beef straw, celery, pickled okra, spicy green beans and green olives.
