Like-Fresh Corn
Serves 4-6. Recipe is from Mona Bullard.
1 (15.25-oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained and rinsed
1 (15.5-oz.) can cream-style corn
1 to 2 tbls. butter, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1. In a skillet, melt butter on low heat. Then add drained whole-kernel corn and cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Add the cream-style corn and pepper, mix well, then cook until heated through.
