The Links in CCLA

Tucked in the back of the Country Club of Louisiana is a small exclusive area known as “The Links.” It is a collection of tall, incredibly well constructed and low maintenance homes overlooking one of the clear subdivision lakes. The zero lot line homes in The Links all back up to the lake, and all are constructed of steel on top of concrete and steel pilings, according to Quita Cutrer, the Burns & Co. agent marketing the home. The marble master bath is opulent, with two vanities and a makeup desk, a corner Jacuzzi and a walk-in shower.

A tall SubZero has panels to match the cabinets, some of which are glass-front with interior lights. A Viking commercial stove includes four burners, a grill, a griddle and a double oven with a 1,500-degree broiler. There’s also a corner appliance garage with a roll-up door. The kitchen and nearby keeping room are also floored in pecan.

Just down a short hall is the exit to a two-car garage and workshop. And finally, since golf carts are a mode of transportation for some folks in CCLA, this home has a detached, copper-roofed golf cart garage with a charger and a sink for cleaning golf clubs.
