The goal of the event is to connect clergy and churches, government and community leaders, businesses and concerned citizens throughout the state in prayer for Louisiana cities. It is a nondenominational, nonpolitical event sponsored by the “Save Our Cities Now” Initiative and World Link of Churches and Businesses. “This day of united prayer is so important for Louisiana communities. This is the day that leaders from faith communities, business and government unite to seek wisdom in helping our cities to prosper.
