This works as a Passover side dish or with whipped cream as a dessert. 3 tbls. butter, divided 6 firm bananas, peeled but left whole 1 tbl. fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup light brown sugar Whipped cream, if desired 1. Butter a medium baking dish and put in whole bananas in a single layer. Sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar. Dot with remaining butter. 2. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 25 minutes until bananas are hot and sugar is melted. Serve hot with whipped cream, if desired.
