‘Ghost Adventures’ hits St. Francisville ‘Ghost Adventures’ hits St. Francisville Advocate staff report March 01, 2014 Comments Travel Channel’s “Ghost Adventures” travels to St. Francisville in an episode airing at 8 p.m. Saturday. Zak Bagans, Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin investigate the 217-year-old Myrtles Plantation. Stories of a voodoo priest being hanged on the property prompt the team to want to re-enact a dangerous voodoo ritual. In each “Ghost Adventures” episode, the trio investigate a different haunted destination where they meet with locals, eyewitnesses and experts in an attempt to piece together the haunted history of each site. They then begin a dusk-to-dawn “lockdown” investigation, using the latest scientific gadgets and technology in an effort to obtain physical evidence of the paranormal and uncover the truth behind each haunted myster, a news release said. Travel Channel is on cable Channel 55 in Baton Rouge and Lafayette and Channel 66 in New Orleans.
