TV’s ‘Haunted Highway’ visits Manchac Swamp

The Syfy paranormal reality series “Haunted Highway” travels to Louisiana on Wednesday for a visit to the Manchac Swamp.

Jack Osbourne and Dana Workman will investigate stories of hauntings surrounding those who perished in the 1915 hurricane at Ruddock, south of Manchac, including the tales of Julia Brown and a mysterious “woman in white.”

“Haunted Highway” airs at 8 p.m. (cable Channel 59 in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, and cable Channel 45 in New Orleans).
