LSU VETERINARY SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS: The LSU School of Veterinary Medicine distributed more than $204,000 to students in awards and scholarships at the 39th annual Awards and Honors Banquet on May 3 at the LSU Union.

INTERDENOMINATIONAL THEOLOGICAL CENTER GRADUATES: Floyd Armstrong, Charles Peters, Eileen Kennedy and Kenneth Hall, of Baton Rouge, received the Certificate In Theology from the Interdenominational Theological Center on May 24 in Atlanta.
HARRIS COMPLETES BASIC: Army National Guard Pfc. Demycrus Harris has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. He is the son of Latwyla Harris, of Baton Rouge.
