AFRICAN VIOLET SHOW

EVENT: 33rd annual African Violet Show.

CANARY ISLANDERS

PARK DAY

THE GIVING QUILT INC.

EVENT: The Giving Quilt 2013 Exhibit.

SPRING GARDEN SHOW

EVENT: 34th annual New Orleans Spring Garden Show.

WARRIORS FOR FREEDOM

EVENT: The Red, White and Blue Warriors for Freedom Foundation’s Gala.

DETAILS: The event will include silent and live auctions, First Class Jazz Band, catering by L’Auberge, and talks by WFF founder Maj. Ed Pulido and Dr. Nick Abraham, a psychiatrist who has done research on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The gala’s goal is to educate everyday people on the struggles that veterans have when returning home and raise money for the organization. Tickets are $200 per couple and are available at the door.
