Family Service

Ochsner Medical Center’s Birthing Center will hold a “Childbirth Class Series” from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the center in the first-floor classrooms. Topics include pain theories, pre-labor signs, labor signs, comfort measures and more.

The free class will feature Dr. David Sledge, providing an overview of diabetes.
