VanLandingham spoke on what it takes to make a good-looking bonsai, then assisted club members with improving their bonsai. Nu Gamma Omega has financial seminar Nu Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority held a seminar on financial, retirement and estate planning on Sept. 29. James T. Simm, a financial adviser with Ameriprise Financial Services, spoke on the basics of financial planning, estate planning, and unexpected changes to financial situation, protection of assets and retirement planning. Gwen Etienne is economic security chairwoman. Vice President Chandra Stacie gave greetings. Doris Broden thanked Simm on behalf of the chapter.
