WILSON COMPLETES BASIC: Army Spec. LeKendrick E. Wilson has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. Wilson is the son of Gilda and Irvin Wilson, of Baton Rouge. He is a 2004 graduate of Redemptorist High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in 2009 from Southern University.
Reunions
ISTROUMA HIGH SCHOOL: The Class of 1977 will hold a 35-year reunion open to all graduating classes of the 1970s from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Oct. 27 at Reflections, 9230 Cortana Place. The band Riptide will perform classic rock hits. Tickets are $75, which includes buffet, beer, wine, frozen drinks, cash bar and door prizes.
