Join Baton Rouge Green for a day of tree shopping and education from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at The Burden Center, 4560 Essen Lane.

Morning talks include “Tree Selection: The Right Tree in the Right Place,” 9:30 a.m.; “The Benefits of Planting Native Species,” 10:15 a.m.; and “How to Plant Your New Tree,” 11 a.m.

“Fall Tree for All” is underwritten by Bracy’s Nursery, the Dow Chemical Co., the Alliance for Community Trees, Country Roads Magazine and ExxonMobil.
