I had this delicious Winter Salad With Creamy Balsamic Dressing during the holidays.
The recipe came from Beth Sherman Thomas who lives in Johnson City, Tenn.
For the colorful salad, she tossed the greens with sugar-coated pecans, Craisins and feta cheese. The dressing is a tasty balsamic vinaigrette with lots of garlic and a tad of sugar.
Since pears are so delicious now, top the salad with a couple of pear slices and a few fresh raspberries.
