Mexican Chili Cube Steaks
Serves 4. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
4 cube steaks
1 tbl. black pepper
1 large onion, sliced thick
2 (10-oz.) cans Mexican-style tomatoes with diced green chilies
1. Place steaks into slow cooker. Sprinkle with black pepper and top each one with onion slices.
2. Pour tomatoes over all and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Serve over rice.
