1 bunch fresh grapes
1 egg white
2 tsp. water
1/4 cup sugar
1. Wash grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
2. In a shallow bowl, beat egg white and water until frothy. Dip grapes into egg white, coating all surfaces well. Lightly shake grapes over bowl until egg white stops dripping.
3. Place grapes on a rack and allow to dry until tacky, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle sugar over grapes and dry on rack at least 2 hours.
