Kids Dish cooking class slated at Whole Foods
Tracey Koch and Stephanie Riegel will teach a Kids Dish cooking class at 11 a.m. Saturday at Whole Foods, 7529 Corporate Blvd., Baton Rouge.
The menu will feature ideas for a Grandparents Day celebration.
Class is open to ages 7-14. Cost is $10.

N.O. museum plans cocktail seminar
Learn about the history of the brandy crusta cocktail and its cousin, the sidecar, at a seminar at 5:30 p.m. Monday at SoBou Restaurant, 310 Chartres St., New Orleans.
Lu Brow, executive bar chef of the Commander’s Family of Restaurants, will host the program, which is presented by the Museum of the American Cocktail, the SoFAB Institute and SoBou Restaurant.
Cost is $35 per person, with a 20 percent discount for SoFAB and museum members.

Chilean wine maker offers tastings, signings
Wine maker Felipe Ramirez with Santa Rita Vineyards in Chile will offer tastings of three Central Valley wines and sign bottles from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Whole Foods Market Arabella Station store, 5600 Magazine St., New Orleans.
Founded in 1880, the Santa Rita winery is rich in tradition and now available in 75 countries.
