Serves 2. Recipe is by Corinne Cook, who says to serve this as a drinkable dessert or as a breakfast drink.
1 cup peeled and sliced fresh peaches
¾ cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 tbl. honey
2 slices peach and mint for garnish, if desired
1. Place ingredients in blender or food processor; cover and blend until smooth.
2. Serve in two pretty glasses garnished with a peach slice and mint, if desired.
