Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Serves 6 to 8. Recipe is by

½ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tsp. coriander

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

½ tsp. cayenne pepper

1 tbl. honey

1 tsp. minced garlic

¼ cup minced chives

1 (2.5-lb.) pork tenderloin

1. Combine all ingredients and marinate tenderloin for at least an hour.

2. Sear tenderloin on grill until all sides have grill marks, then lower fire and cook until internal temperature hits 150-160 degrees. Pull from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
