Latte Mocha

Serves 1. Recipe is from James Jacobs Jr. of Magpie Cafe, Baton Rouge.

1/2 oz. chocolate syrup

1 or 2 shots of espresso

Steamed milk

Whipped cream, optional

Coat the bottom and sides of a cup or mug with the chocolate syrup. Add espresso and fill with steamed milk. Add whipped cream, if desired.
