PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans Hot Mocha

PJ’s Coffee of
New Orleans Hot Mocha

Makes 1 cup. Recipe is from PJ’s Coffee.

Medium roast coffee such as PJ’s Maple Street blend

1/2 cup milk, warmed

2 tbls. sweet ground cocoa or hot chocolate mix

Whipped cream and chocolate syrup, optional

Place cocoa in a mug and fill three quarters of the way full with coffee. Stir well, then fill the cup with warmed milk. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, if desired.
