Serves 12. Ursula Carmena shared this delicious and easy-to-make recipe with Corinne Cook who suggests serving the punch in a pretty glass for brunch or holiday open house. Add a light sprinkle of nutmeg over the top if desired.
2 qts. whole milk
2 qts. vanilla ice cream
1 fifth (750-ml.) brandy
1 qt. low-fat vanilla ice cream
Nutmeg, if desired
1. Mix milk, ice cream and brandy together with electric mixer.
2. Dilute with low-fat ice cream (slightly less than 1 quart).
3. Store in freezer until about an hour before serving.
4. When serving, add a light sprinkle of nutmeg over the top of each glass if desired.
