Recipe is from Roth Cheese.6 ozs. cooked lobster tails and claws, coarsely chopped1 medium shallot, minced1 large garlic clove, minced2 cups Alfredo sauce3 tbls. cream sherry1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice11/2 cups Gruyè re cheese, shredded61⁄8 ozs. crab, lump-style1/4 cup bread crumbs1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. In mixing bowl combine lobster, shallot, garlic, Alfredo sauce, sherry, lemon juice and cheese; stir together until well-combined. Gently fold in crab.3. Place mixture in shallow baking dish (approximately 8 inches by 8 inches); top with bread crumbs and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
