Sherry Harper sent me this Parmesan Yogurt Chicken recipe her family likes. The chicken is easy to prepare, and it’s a nice change from the grilled chicken most of us have been having all summer.
A tangy, seasoned yogurt-mayonnaise mixture bakes on top of chicken breast halves. At the end of the cooking time, the chicken is sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. I served this entrée with a baked sweet potato and green salad.
