Red Roosters

Serves 12 to 14. Recipe is provided by Corinne Cook, who describes the cocktail as a “tart and refreshing frozen drink good for summer parties and equally good during the holidays.”

1 (12-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 (64-oz.) container cranberry juice cocktail

2 cups vodka

1. Stir orange juice concentrate with cranberry juice and vodka. Freeze in covered container.

2. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving. Spoon into glasses.
