Baked Cajun Fish

Serves 8. Recipe is by chef Lauren Guy, Career Academy.

8 fish filets, such as catfish or tilapia

2 tsps. salt-free Cajun seasoning

1 tsp. granulated garlic

2 tbls. fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup salted butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place filets on an ungreased baking sheet. Mix seasoning and garlic, then sprinkle lemon juice over filets. Sprinkle with seasoning and blend.

2. Drizzle melted butter over the seasonings. Bake fish for 20 minutes.
