1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
2 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt-free seasoning, such as Lawry’s
1 tsp. salt-free Cajun seasoning
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and fold together until well mixed. Be careful not to overwork the meat.
2. Form the meat into burgers. Place burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Turn the burgers over and bake for 7 more minutes.
