4 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
11/2 cups sugar
1 to 11/2 tbls. lemon juice
1 pack graham crackers
1 stick butter
2 tbls. sugar
2 pints strawberries, sliced
3 tbls. sugar, or to taste
1 tbl. milk
1. Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.
2. Crumble graham crackers. Melt the butter and combine with crumbs and sugar. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Mix strawberries, sugar and milk. Refrigerate until cheesecake cools, then serve with strawberries.
