Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly butter a 2-quart baking dish.2. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch pieces. Boil on stove until tender. Drain and smash.3. Combine bread cubes, butter and sweet potatoes. Mix well and place in a greased baking dish.4. Beat together eggs, sugars, vanilla and salt. Add milk, mix well and pour over bread cubes. Bake for 25 minutes.
