Cucumber Sunrise

Cucumber Sunrise

Serves 1. Recipe is from Carnival Cruise Line’s Alchemy Bar.

3 cucumber wheels, divided

1 oz. fresh lime juice

2 ozs. Absolut Vodka

1 oz. Monin Watermelon Syrup

.75 oz. orange juice

Ice

Muddle 2 cucumber wheels and lime juice in a shaker. Add vodka, syrup and juice with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain over fresh ice into a chilled 14-ounce glass and garnish with remaining cucumber wheel.
