California Chicken Wrap
Serves 4. Recipe is from Hellmann’s Best Foods.
3 tbls. mayonnaise
4 (6-inch) fajita size whole-wheat flour tortillas
12 ozs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup sliced red onion
2 cups mixed salad greens
1. Spread mayonnaise on tortillas.
2. Layer chicken, avocado, pepper, onion and greens down the center of each tortilla.
3. Roll and fold the filled tortillas.
