‘Mediterranean’ class scheduled at Fresina

Scott Love will teach cooking class “Dining on the Mediterranean” at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 10 and Aug. 11 at Fresina Pasta Co. & Italian Specialties, 3458-B Drusilla Lane. Cost is $70.
The menu will include an antipasto of creamy ricotta with date and pecan pesto served with crispy focaccia; a main course of fettuccine with a ragu of confit chicken and porcini; and dessert featuring panna cotta, lemon curd, hazelnut biscotti and fresh berries.
