Corned Beef Sandwich

Corned Beef Sandwich

Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is by Phil Brady.

1 loaf French bread

1 bowl Super Slaw

2 lbs. sliced corned beef

1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese

Zatarain’s mustard

1. Cut French bread in half lengthwise.

2. On the bottom half, spread the drained Super Slaw.

3. Add a layer of corned beef, then the Swiss cheese.

4. Spread mustard on the top half and put on the loaf. Slice into individual sandwiches and place toothpick in each to hold together.
