Caramel Cappuccino Ice Cream

1 cup milk

2 tbls. instant cappuccino powder

1 cup sugar

Pinch salt

2 cups heavy cream

Caramel dessert topping

1. Whisk together milk, cappuccino powder, sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved. Stir in heavy cream and refrigerate 2 hours.

2. Prepare your ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions. Add the cream mixture and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.

3. Remove ice cream from maker into an airtight container. As you spoon it out, swirl with caramel topping to taste. Close the container and freeze for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to ripen.
