Black & White Oreo Cake

Serves 24. Recipe is from Kraft Foods.

1 (2-layer size) pkg. white cake mix

1 (2-layer size) pkg. devil’s food cake mix

1 (15.5-oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

1/4 powdered sugar

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake batters, in separate bowls, as directed. Stir cookies into chocolate cake batter.

2. Spray a 10-inch tube pan with cooking spray. Pour half the chocolate batter into prepared pan. Cover with white batter, then remaining chocolate batter.

3. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes. Loosen from sides of pan with a knife, then invert on a wire rack and remove from pan.
