Company Cauliflower

Serves 5 or 6. Recipe is from Corinne Cook.

Water
Salte_SFlb 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
Black pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 cup cheddar-melt cheese
2 tsps. toasted sesame seeds

1. In medium saucepan, cover bottom of pan with about 1/2-inch water. Add salt to taste and cauliflower florets. Bring to boil and cook covered for 7-10 minutes or until cooked according to your preference. Drain.
2. Place half the florets in bottom of greased 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper. Spread with half of the sour cream and half of the cheese. Top with half of the toasted sesame seeds. Repeat layers.
3. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
