Tuxedo Chocolate Chip Cookies

White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 5 dozen cookies. Recipe is from Nestlé Toll House.
2 1/4 cup flour
2⁄3 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2⁄3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 (12-oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs until combined. Gradually add the flour mixture, then stir in chips.
3. Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
